ABOUT KAUSIK
Kausik is the managing partner for McKinsey’s Western US region and co-leads the firm’s global financial technology efforts. He has worked primarily in the financial services and financial technology sectors, helping banks, wealth and asset managers, payments processors, telecommunication and technology companies, networks, commercial banks, and address strategy, operations, and organizational issues. He also leads the Public Sector Practice on the West Coast with a focus on improving processes and successfully managing transformational change.
Kausik serves on the boards of the Bay Area Council, the San Francisco Symphony, the Commonwealth Club of California, and Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
As Managing Partner of Mckinsey West Coast office, Kausik advises financial institutions, payments companies, and public sector organizations on developing and executing strategic growth plans, improving operations, managing change, and scaling innovation
